CANCELLATION
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.
As we source all products only based on your order to ensure
100% freshness of the products we are confident that the products which you
have received will be fresh. Since we pick up the products ONLY based on
confirmed orders, we cannot accept any returns.
In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues
with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your
feedback and look at appropriate action.
However, none of the above terms affect your statutory
rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are
faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case,
we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details
including the picture of the product.
Bhojanalay will be happy to replace any item(s) in the
unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make
sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the
contents as soon as your order arrives.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt
of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address. To
enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the
necessary arrangements beforehand. If your product is returned to us because of
an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must
dispose of the contents of the product and you will not be refunded.
